Rex Games

We have only had a little snow this season, but it is just enough for Rex to try out his new snowboard. Turbo and I just adore watching our little Flying Onion practice his moves on our backyard hill. One day maybe we'll make it to Aspen too!

Our little princess turned 3 last week. We hosted a teensy little gathering to celebrate (and show off the new pad to the K fam before the holiday madness hits).

Ketchup...Summer Pics

After an uber busy summer, we are housebound for the unofficial end. I admit I am very welcoming of a quiet weekend, however I was not so happy with our impromptu trip to the dr. yesterday to determine whether or not Rex broke his ankle. Turns out is was only a sprain, and after x-rays and offers to wrap our child in bubble wrap, all we got was a prescription for RICE.  

Ah well, his playground game of tag bought me another 20 mins to post a few more pictures of the chaotic mess we called a summer! Enjoy!

Photo Reel...Nate's Grad Party

I might have been neglecting the blog, but the shutter on my little Cyber-shot has still been snapping like mad. I have about a million pictures I need to share from our summer.

First up, Nate's super awesome grad party. A beautiful day, lots of friends and family, and plenty to eat and drink. It was certainly an 'E' worthy event.

Friends and fun, what could be better?

Guess What...

We moved, and we hosted Nate's awesome grad party (which we still have to thank people for, but we moved and are now behind on EVERYTHING),and we went to Germanfest, and we celebrated the 2nd annual Zoo & Brew, and Turbo became a Godfather, and we did what feels like a million other summery fun things in the last few months.

Most importantly we are still alive and kicking, and trying very hard to get back into the E Family swing of things.

Promoted

We spent the last week wrapping up Nate's grade school career. Great America on Wednesday, 8th grade dance on Thursday, and finally, the promotion ceremony on Friday.

 I'll post some pics in a bit (I'm forcing Nate to go out and take some today...). For now, all I have is this one Turbo took just after Nate collected his grade school diploma.
